CRM is a social media scheduling and posting app. RSS reading and publishing, CSV import, and team cooperation are supported. It has a hashtags collector, URL shorteners, Spintax, and expert previews for all social networks. It searches and downloads gifs, videos, and images for free from numerous media websites. It can add new tools, replace current tools, and more, and has cache integration for faster database loading. Social network configuration is complicated, but the app is easy to install and adjust. We suggest the app for knowledgeable companies; a demo is available. However, the low price does not include assistance.

FEATURES

TOOL FOR SCHEDULING

  • A scheduler is a tool that allows you to create, schedule, edit, and publish messages on specific social networks.
  • The Scheduler includes a real-time preview feature that shows how messages will appear on each social network.
  • Users can use the Media Resources feature to look for gifs and images/videos from sites such as Giphy, Pexels, and Pixabay, which can then be downloaded and used in posts.
  • The Hashtags feature gathers and organizes previously used hashtags, as well as suggests similar hashtags based on previous usage.
  • The characters counter function counts the number of characters in the post body and title in real-time, with separate counters for each social network.
  • The accounts directory displays all linked social accounts as well as the most popular accounts for publishing in the last 30 days.
  • Account settings for each social network can be customized, such as changing the post category, audience, or video format.
  • Users can use the URL shortener feature to shorten URLs and select their favorite URL-shortener service.
  • You can schedule posts or share them right away.

RSS SHARING

  • RSS Sharing shares articles from connected RSS Feeds on chosen social accounts automatically.
  • Images (saved on the user’s website), links, and referral codes can all be included in posts.
  • You can use filters to determine which words to include or exclude from published entries.
  • You can also specify the duration between RSS Feed posts.
  • RSS Feeds History displays information about each cron job performed, such as errors found, published posts, and options changed.
  • RSS Feeds Preview displays RSS Feeds articles in real-time.
  • View published articles in a list organized by date.
  • For each RSS Feed, you can customize the social account preferences, including the category where posts can be shared.
  • You can connect to the same RSS Feed numerous times.

BULK SHARING

  • Bulk Sharing is a tool that enables users to import posts from CSV files and schedule their publication on social networks.
  • Users can also make and share media-rich lists on social media.
  • Posts with titles, written material, links, and media files are supported by the tool. At any moment, users can upload new posts and media files.
  • Users can modify their account preferences through the accounts directory.
  • Users can choose whether to publish text entries and media files in the order they were submitted or in random order.

The tool allows you to share the imported posts in two ways:

  • Basic – enables you to specify a time interval between posts. Is it feasible to choose when the posts will be published? When all of the posts in the batch have been published, the Repeat option enables you to repeat the posting process.
  • Advanced – provides for the selection of two date intervals for posting, days of the week for posting, and posting time. When all of the posts in the batch have been published, the Repeat option enables you to repeat the posting process.

PLANNER

  • The Planner tool allows you to plan posts for publication on social networks up to 100 years in advance with just a few clicks.
  • The tool shows the scheduled posts in a day, week, and month calendar and uses distinct colors to make them readily identifiable.
  • The Planner tool has the same capabilities as the Scheduler utility on the planned post page (except for the possibility of scheduling the posts).
  • Each planned post has a History section where you can see the last cron effort to publish the post, detected errors, publish status, and other information about the changes made in the planned post.
  • It is possible to change the default account settings and pick the accounts where the scheduled post will be shared in the accounts directory.

IN QUEUE

The Queue page displays the post requests that are pending approval. This website is only accessible to the team administrator and moderators.

The post requests include the post preview, selected social networks, the user who made or updated the post, and two buttons to accept or reject the requests.

HISTORY

The History page displays the entries that have been created/saved in the database. This is the most essential page in the app because it shows the publication history of each post by account, allowing the user to understand why a post was not published.

On the post, the user can get information about the post (status, author, and when it should be published), modify, and cancel a scheduled post.

ACCOUNTS

Users can click on any account name to read the posts that have been published there by visiting the accounts page, which shows all connected accounts in the system.

Users can access account preferences features on the accounts tab for its main purpose. Users have the option to allow URL shorteners by default, spintax, choose the spintax category, and add extra text, all of which will be added automatically to posts published in that account.

Additionally, we could choose an audience and category in YouTube channels, a class on some blog platforms, the albums where the pictures will be uploaded on VK/Imgur, etc.

Soon, it will be possible to choose preferences for the posts that will be promoted on social media by making extra purchases.

GROUPS

Create groups with accounts on this page to quickly disseminate posts to all group accounts in the future. If you participate in a variety of social activities, it might be beneficial.

SPINTAX

It is possible to import words and synonyms on the Spintax website. There may be several synonyms for each remark; these will be chosen at random. The Spintax function of the CRM app is distinctive because it enables you to designate categories and select synonyms for use in account preferences. In the chosen social accounts, this instantly makes the posts unique and replaces the words in random order with the desired synonyms.

OVERVIEW

Users can examine information on published posts, such as how many posts were published in a given period of time, on the Overview page. Users can also view the total number of posts produced by the team, the number of posts published each day, and the total number of posts published overall using the app’s tools.

Even a section where the user can examine the published posts by day can be found on the Overview page.

ACTIVITIES

A page called “Activity” is only accessible to squad administrators. All activities taken in the app by every team member are shown on this page.

On this screen, you can view who disabled a batch, who added a new RSS Feed, who canceled a scheduled post, etc
