3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs created by EchoPx Technologies are the intellectual property of EchoPx unless explicitly transferred by agreement. Clients may not reuse or redistribute materials without written consent.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned. Late payments may incur service suspension and interest charges.

5. Limitations of Liability

EchoPx shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Issues arising from third-party tools or hosting providers

  • Data loss due to user negligence or external attacks

Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
