- Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Services

The scope of services provided will be based on the agreed proposal, quotation, service agreement, or project requirements shared with the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Content Ownership
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, including text, images, graphics, documents, trademarks, and other materials provided to echopx are either owned by them or used with proper authorization.
Account Security
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, login information, and access details.
Data Backup
While echopx may provide backup support for certain services, clients are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their important data.
3. Hosting and Domain Management
Third-Party Services
echopx may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain registration, email services, and other technology requirements.
Uptime and Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services with maximum availability. However, service interruptions may occur due to third-party infrastructure issues, network failures, maintenance activities, security updates, or technical limitations beyond our control.
Pricing Changes
Domain, hosting, cloud, and third-party service charges may change based on provider pricing updates, currency fluctuations, renewal charges, or other external factors.
Renewal Responsibility
Clients are responsible for timely renewal of domains, hosting plans, licenses, subscriptions, and other third-party services.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, echopx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of business opportunities, revenue, data, or business interruption.
The total liability of echopx shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
All services are provided on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless echopx, its directors, employees, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising due to violation of these Terms, unauthorized use of content, illegal activities, or violation of third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Activities (Acceptable Use Policy)
Clients agree not to use echopx services for:
- Hosting or distributing illegal or harmful content
- Sending spam messages or unauthorized communications
- Attempting hacking activities or security breaches
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Activities violating applicable Indian laws
echopx reserves the right to suspend services if prohibited activities are detected.
7. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
echopx has established a grievance handling process for addressing concerns related to website content, services, and user complaints.
We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by echopx shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
