We have an option for split and dual delivery, with which you can send emails to both Google Workspace and Zoho.

DUAL DELIVERY – When the same users exist in both places

  1. Apps
    – Google Workspace
    – Settings for Gmail
    – Hosts
    – Click add
  2. Fetch the host details from zoho and add
    – click on https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/routing
    – Click configure next to routing
    – give a short description
    – check inbound and internal receiving
    – Scroll down and check “add more recipients”
    – Click on add
    – From the basic drop down choose advanced
    – Check change route and choose the host we added from the drop down
    – Uncheck Do not deliver spam to this recipient and Suppress bounces from this recipient
    – Save
    – scroll down and click on show options
    – check users and groups
    – save

SPLIT DELIVERY

  1. Add Host
    – Login to https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/hosts
    – Click add route
    – Fetch the host details from zoho and add
    – Leave the check boxes as default
  2. In your Google Admin console (at admin.google.com)
    – Go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Routing
    – On the Routing tab, scroll to Routing.
    – Click Setup or Add Another Rule. The Add setting box opens.
    – For Email messages to affect, select Inbound, or Internal-receiving, or both.
    – Under For the above types of messages…, select Modify message.
    – Under Modify message, scroll to Route and click the Change route box
    – Under Change route,click on normal routing drop down and choose the external server from the list(The host we added )
    – Click Show options.
    – For Account types to affect, check the Unrecognized/Catch-all box uncheck users.
    – At the bottom of the Add setting box, click Save.
