Use Webmail

A webmail allows you to access your email account through a web browser instead of an e-mail client. If you need help configuring email clients, please visit the step-by-step guides for configuring MS Outlook 2007, MS Outlook 2003 and MS Outlook Express.

  1. Open a web browser
  2. In the address, type http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail, where 'yourdomainname' is your actual domain name
  3. When prompted, enter your full email address (for example, user@yourdomainname.com) and your password
  4. Once you login, you will be provided with 3 webmail clients: Horde, SquirrelMail and RoundCube. Click on any one of them:
    Webmail
  5. Now you can use your email account like any other web based email account.
  6. To create and send new mails, find the [New Message] button in Horde, the [Compose] link in SquirrelMail or the [Create a New Message] in RoundCube and you should now be able to write your mail and send it.
