Follow the given steps to configure your e-mail account in Microsoft Outlook 2007.
- Launch Microsoft Outlook
- From the main menu, click on Tools and then select Account Settings…

- On the E-mail tab, click New…

- Check the box labeled "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next

- Select Internet E-mail and click Next

- Enter information for E-mail Accounts
- Your Name: Enter the name as you want your recipients to see when they get your mails
- E-mail Address: Enter your complete e-mail address. For example,
myname@mydomain.com - Account Type: Select POP3
- Incoming mail server: Enter the POP3 address. For example,
mail.mydomain.com - Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter the SMTP address. For example,
mail.mydomain.com - User Name: Enter your complete e-mail address. For example,
myname@mydomain.com - Password: Enter the password for your e-mail account
- Click More Settings…

- Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check the box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". Select the option Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

- Click OK.
- Click Next and then click Finish.
